Supported Systems
Headwave has specific hardware requirements for operation, and recommends systems which have been tested by Headwave. Other systems may work, however there may be initial difficulties in getting the proper configuration. Please contact
support@headwave.com if you experience any problems.

2 or more TB of disk in a RAID 5 or RAID 50 configuration attached via SATA III or SAS II. Headwave recommends a minimum of 6 disks in this configuration.

CPU - Intel or AMD two or more cores.

GPU - NVIDIA graphics card with 1.5 GB or more of graphics memory.

System memory - 8 GB or more of system memory.

Disk - a minimum of 500 GB of local disk.

Network - 100baseT or Gigabit Ethernet..
Headwave 2012.1.1 introduces the use of multi-GPU graphics card for computing intensive operations. For multi-GPU enabled user system, we recommend 2-3 Q6000 or Q5000 graphics card.
