The Headwave Time to Depth module offers an opportunity to bring time/depth conversion up to date with recent major advances in technology and software architecture. Headwave’s focus on GPU processing acceleration brings unparalleled levels of interactivity to all the workflows it enables. The workflows are driven by the user in a highly integrated interpretation environment.

Velocity Model Building

  • Intuitive building of velocity models
  • Accurately describe subsurface heterogeneity; correct measurement busts; characterize stochastic noise
  • Specialized velocity QC and edit functionality

Geostatistics

  • Spectral Diagnostics and Filtering*

*) In future release

Depth Conversion

  • Regional surveys can be depth converted on the fly
